Beauty Bank + Membership Options

Minimum 3 month commitment for all memberships. Points do not hold any cash value and are non-refundable. 30 day notice of cancellation to be submitted to hello@maplemagnoliaaesthetics.com. Points must be used within 30 days of membership cancellation. After 30 days the points will be set to 0 and client cannot recoup these points. Membership cannot be reinstated for 3 months at which time the membership restarts. Points and insider incentives cannot be combined with any other offers or packages, although rewards points through Aspire and Evolus may be used in conjunction with rewards points and incentives. Points cannot be transferred to another client- must be used by account holder. Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift card specials. Pricing is subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to their subscription. Purchased made before membership subscriptions are not eligible for incentive pricing. Payment will be drafted each month. If there is a payment issue, you will have 7 days to make payment before membership may be cancelled. Maple & Magnolia reserves the right to change the benefits of membership at any time including free gift service, services and products eligible for incentive pricing, and the addition of services and package promotions for members.
